Can You Evaluate My Case Without Cost To Me?

We are willing to evaluate your potential case and discuss its merits and possible value with you. There is usually no charge for our preliminary evaluation and discussion, but we do need certain information from you to perform our evaluation.  We almost always ask potential clients to prepare a written chronology and summary of their underlying case and to write out why they believe their attorney committed malpractice.  Once we receive that initial information, we will contact you to discuss your case.

There are occasional cases where the underlying facts are so complex (when, for example, the prior litigation dragged on for years and resulted in an actual trial), where we will conduct a free initial review, but then from a business standpoint have to charge a flat or hourly fee to fully analyze your case.  You will never be charged for this evaluation unless we agree, in writing, to proceed that way.
